Art Deco
I was delighted to see as part of the National Gallery of
Victoria’s Art Deco exhibition work by Eileen Gray - my favourite the "Block Screen", 1922. I became interested
in Gray’ work after coming across by chance the documentary called "Eileen Gray - Invitation to a Voyage" and became intrigued by this very modern woman who made an enormous contribution to architecture and furniture design.
